I recently had my vehicle serviced at McGinley Motors and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient and transparent. The team carried out a full service to manufacturer specification, including oil and filter replacement, vehicle health check, tyre pressure check, fluids topped up, AdBlue supplied, and even washed the car before collection. Everything was clearly explained and documented. A special thank you to Neil and the Service Department for their excellent communication regarding the vehicle recalls. They took the time to explain that the camshaft chain recall had already been completed with the improved modified chain fitted, and also informed me about the upcoming ECU software recall in a very clear and reassuring manner. What I particularly appreciated was the significant €100 discount applied to the service invoice — a genuine goodwill gesture that reflects excellent customer care. It’s rare to see that level of appreciation extended to customers, and it certainly does not go unnoticed.
