Matthew is completely different from your typical car salesman. There was absolutely zero pressure, and he was completely honest and transparent about the vehicle's history and condition right from the beginning. When I picked up the car, it was immaculately prepared and looked brand new. It is clear that Matthew takes immense pride in his business and only sells top-quality vehicles. Matthew at Giles Cars made the whole process very straightforward with clear and timely communication before, during and after buying a car. I felt at ease to make a decision to buy a car as I knew I was in safe hands, and the approach taken was relaxed and not pushy in any sense. I am very happy with the vehicle purchased.
