Ford Fiesta TITANIUM 1.0 ECOBOOST 1

I found all of the staff I encountered attentive, very polite, very patient, accommodating and very professional. My first dealings with Dennis Mahony Toyota Kilbarrack was just over 7 years ago and I was very impressed then for the same reasons. The fact that they haven't let their standards slip like a lot of other companies is a great achievement. I live on the opposite side of the city and making the trek across town is worth the hassle and wouldn't consider going to closer to home Toyota dealers because of their approach to customers.

Arrived on time for my Annual Service, to be greeted by Jack . He was very helpful, but was unable to give me a courtesy car. I explained that if I left and got the bus home, it would be time to turn straight back around and start the return journey. He went outside and had a chat in the workshop and said they'd expedite the job for me, then brought me to the Customer area, where I read the paper (complementary) and enjoyed a freshly brewed coffee. Hassle free. Within 2 hours I was leaving, with Aidan talking me through everything that had been done. Very thorough. Even gave the car a good vacuuming. I'll bring my car here in future for its service. Excellent customer service.

From the moment we walked into the showroom Jake took fantastic care of us- we were a bit overwhelmed as hadn’t bought a new car in about 13 years. Jake guided us through options and didn’t make me feel clueless as I asked all my many silly questions. Seamless process with the finance via Ray also. Excellent communication via phone and email all the way through and we collected our new car yesterday and Jake again told us the days he was working next week in case we had any questions or concerns.
