It was our first car we decided to take from Ford dealer even we drived Ford for last 10 years.. Joseph from Charleville was so nice and kind to us, explained all the details,gave the best advices. Highly recommend their service. We liked one car in Charleville and other was in Mallow. Co. Cork. So we went there to see the other car, Joe called there to say that we gonna be there. Michael O'Callaghan was waiting for us and answered all the questions we had, such a cutie❤️😂After that experience we took both cars and We are very grateful to both guys for their professionalism and support.

Got full service and was emailed digital service history i requested , ford pass oil life updated. Car washed. Was reminded that I also have breakdown service free because I continue to have my car serviced with ford , (cavanaghs) Happy out
