⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough. I recently bought a car from them and, although I had an issue shortly after purchase, the way it was handled was second to none. Gary was brilliant throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, he kept me updated every step of the way, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The dealership stood over the car, worked with BMW to get everything sorted properly, and even restarted my warranty once the car was returned. It’s easy for a dealer to be helpful when everything goes smoothly, but it’s how they deal with problems that really matters.
