I purchased a used car from Al Hayes Motors. The team could not have been nicer and more helpful. Their service and communication was excellent and even when I called back in with a minor issue after the purchase they treated me professionally, respectful and arranged an appointment within 48 hours. Can only recommend. It was refreshing to be treated like a human being in contrast to other services I encountered.

It was my first visit to that garage. Damien was there to welcome me and was extremely helpful. He took me to check -in desk and again the girl there was most helpful. She offered me tea while I was waiting. It was a minor service so it was done in record time. Alan answered all my questions afterwards.
