Got great attention from Craig when I went to take a used Ford Focus for a test run. He asked the right questions and carefully explained the different features of the automatic car, which I had no previous experience of driving. He later explained to me the different options for purchasing the car. I was attended to by Donagh on the day of purchase as Craig was off, and he went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly and was explained clearly. I left with a car in great condition and looking new. Very happy with the whole experience at Porter Ford.
