Hi, delighted to deal with Smiths Ford of Drogheda. We met with Carol Cunningham and he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish a true gentleman. The staff there are a lovely bunch of people and couldn’t be more helpful. Dad is thrilled with his new Ford van, and we’ll definitely be back for repeat business in the future. I had my Ford Focus Annual Service completed in late November by Smith's Garage in Drogheda. Sinead , Service Supervisor dealt with all the details most efficiently. She provided me with a maintenance update as the service was progressing and a list of Essential work, and advisory which might be carried out throughout the process. Sinead also provided an estimated completion time which enabled me to carry on with my day's activities while the service was being progressed. She even offered my transportation to the bus station if I had required it. Smith's billing is also very transparent and shows where all expenses occur and why. They also gave the car a complementary wash and followed up with a phone call to ensure customer satisfaction. Well done to Smiths on a great service
