He was transparent from the start, easy to communicate with, and very straight about the car, which I appreciate, especially with an older vehicle. When a couple of small issues came up after the sale, Shane handled them exactly how you’d want a dealer to. He was quick to respond, clear in his explanations, and genuinely helpful. No dodging calls, no excuses. At one point he even drove a fair distance to help me out, which says a lot about how he operates. Stuff can come up with any used car, what matters is how it’s dealt with, and Shane was solid throughout.
