Whether your budget is big or small, he shows the same civility to everyone. We even spotted a car that had arrived in, and once the mechanic sorts a few small things, we’ll be going ahead with it and when our budget is larger, we’ll return to Shiels first.

A mixed bag at Sheils. I bought a car here, priced trading in a car and got a 1 year service. The price offered for the trade in was about half of what the car would have been advertised for - a 100% mark up is a bit saucy. Communication on the exact date when the new car would be ready could have been better. I could see when the ferry was arriving into Europe and Ireland but for some reason they could not? No problems with paying or collecting the car. The service was very well priced and i was given a nice courtesy car - but there was no checklist of what was done, i was told there was no software update but there is, i have a broken fog light that they didn't notice and according to the owners manual the pollen filter didn't need changing but they changed it. I don't think i will go back for new car or service again. Everything is ok but nothing is good.
