Even after the sale, Thomas’s service was excellent. When a dashboard light issue came up, he was quick to help and kept me updated throughout the repairs. He even provided me with a temporary car to use in the meantime, which was a huge help. What really sets Thomas apart is how he goes above and beyond for his customers. A great example was when he personally dropped my car back to my workplace once it was ready — something he didn’t have to do, but did anyway. I’d highly recommend Thomas to anyone looking to buy a car. He’s trustworthy, reliable, and genuinely puts his customers first. Purchased a family car from Thomas Motors last week. Rang to enquire as to a trade in with my own vehicle which was showing some issues on the dashboard and was offered a reasonable price. Very quick service and really lovely to deal with. One tiny issue with the car on the way home and it was addressed quickly with a plan in place this week to sort it out more locally for me which is far more convenient. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.
