Ok, I just rang Al hayes motors today to see if they could help me with a problem I have had for over 3 weeks with my id4 electric car. I rang every VW dealership in Dublin and then finally tried Al hayes in Galway. A lady called Leanne in less than 5 minutes sorted it all out for me.She was so friendly and courteous and patient.I was freaking out up to this point getting nowhere but only for Leanne I would have been left waiting.She is a credit to Al Hayes motors. Massive place. Went there to test drive an electric car. Had to wait a bit but given the time of the year and pandemic situation it is forgivable. At the time they had better finance deal going on of 1.9%. Staff were very approachable. The sales staff I dealt with showed me the car explained the main features and then offered me a test drive car. So overall my experience was pleasant.
