I booked my van in last year to get ignition looked at and a day before it was due to get dropped off they foned to cancel a year later still waiting on that one but since then booked van in to get a alternator fitted and a wet belt replaced i dropped van off on the 7th may few days later told all parts were in so work began three weeks later not all parts are in but update few days later they had everything and now a month later ........................ no work on van so im looking at a brand new van at fords expence they need to employ mechanics not monkeys to say im pi......ed off is a understatement
