We found ourselves in a really stressful situation recently regarding our jeep and from the moment I called Andrew Hegarty's, the level of care and professionalism was simply outstanding. Andrew personally went above and beyond to help us. Andrew assured me they would help us out as quickly as possible. Andrew was incredibly empathetic and proactive. He kept me updated constantly, clearly explaining what he could do to help us, and providing clear, honest options for the repair. He genuinely seemed to understand my stress and did everything he could to alleviate it. Thanks to Andrew's swift actions it was all sorted out much faster than we anticipated. He even arranged a courtesy car for us in the meantime, which made a massive difference to our situation. Outstanding customer service. Any time I had a issue with my commercial ciaran at the front desk was very prompt to find a appointment that suites. Martin(senior mechanic) and his team have always carried out an amazing job, and very efficient. The work was always very clean, tidy and honest. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Highly recommend these guys, they're unreal at what they do!!
