We have bought 2 vehicles from Finlay and they are amazing to deal with, David McLoughlin their head of sales has gone over and above our expectations in terms of sales, customer service and delivery - his team and the wider team are very professional, friendly and also trustworthy! Recently a friend who has a Volvo [not purchased at Finlay] had a bad experience and I directed him to David and Finlay and they treated him like us and I reckon all others "A+++++ Class" - Highly Recommended

I recently went for my first service ay Finlay's. I was blown away with how good it was. The walk around video inspection with audio, explaining what was what from the mechanic was amazing. This was the first time I received something like this from any garage. The email with the traffic light breakdown from the service and what bits needed attention or I could leave was also amazing. To my surprise, Finlay's never said I needed new wipers at an extortionate price. That seems to be a thing every garage does. But not here. I can't recommend the place enough.
