Ford Tourneo Connect 2.0 DSL 7-SEATER

I was in for service on my van. Service experience was excellent, from calling to book in to collecting my van. Lads at Downey’s are such professionals that I decided to buy a family car of them just to keep it under one roof. Even though initially I wanted another brand of a car I bought a 2021 Ford Kuga and I believe that tells you how satisfied I am with Downey’s.

Firstly I bought my 252 Ford puma here, what a car, beautiful so far I only have it a day but I'm loving it already.but it's not the car I'm here to talk about it's the team in Downeys ford. Mainly I want to praise Paddy Downey Honestly I been to the big garages (Peugeot, Dacia/Renault , nissan, Opel, Toyota,lexus, Volkswagen, Hyundai) just to name a few, I found that I wasn't just buying a nice car for me, it's the person selling me the car is more important because that's who I will be dealing with when things go wrong I had problems with my own Nissan juke and paddy respected my honesty and transparency ..... Paddy has a certain class that was above the rest, kind, full of humour, respect and professional and unique he is very easy going and chatty, I look forward to returning in 3 years for another new vehicle should all go well (fingers crossed) Again ill repeat this alot if you want a person who will go above and beyond or at least you know you can trust (Downeys ford is the one) Two of my mom's family have already bought from him so this shows how good this company is. In Ford the cars were neatly arranged, all staff were so polite and friendly I work in Healthcare sector so I'm always observant to tidyness, customer service and manners which this company has an abundance. I found it relaxing to be in the show room just looking at the cars even and like no-one judging you when you walk in which I felt ALOT in other garages The ford Team have a very attentive and polite manner, overall atmosphere was top quality All my family agreed on the car and salesperson paddy was in a league above his own we had met ALOT around Dublin, laois, Kildare, Tullamore, Carlow and Wexford And even though their were great brands like Toyota Yaris crossover, Dacia duster, bigster , Renault symbiote, Renault captur, nissan juke,qashqai, Suzuki Vitara, lexus lbx, Volkswagen Tiguan, Tiago, Hyundai Kona...I found things I disliked but the ford puma had everything Ford puma. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Paddy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ford ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would recommend this company to anyone who is buying a new vehicle or wants someone who is trustworthy.
