Just bought my new Kuga St Line X Hybrid from Michael Clarke. This is the 2nd Kuga he has helped me choose. Great support when working through the options available to me. I have always bought from Desmond’s because of their continued ability to meet my needs.

I had a problem with my van key not working central locking. I spoke with Mark in service and he asked me to call in to check key battery and carry out a few basic checks which he did himself. He was very informative and helpful. Turned out i needed a new key remote. What i liked was the fact that he checked in advance that Desmond Motors had one in stock before i arrived. No need for another appointment. New key programmed there and then. Only took 40mins approx. Great service and lovely staff.
