Golf GTI Clubsport -only 70k Km

Unmodified car at 265bhp Original Irish car, not an import The Clubsport got the Golf R engine, so compared to the regular GTI, it has stronger internals and larger turbo amongst other improvements. There are also handling changes which result in a more engaging drive but still retaining the everyday practicality you would expect from a Golf. Keyless access/start, CarPlay etc The diamond cut alloys does have minor corrosion which these wheels are susceptible to, from a visual perspective- they could do with refurbishing. There are some very minor bodywork marks too. NCT was completed in August Service completed and check over on 6-November at 476 euro. Road taxed until end of January In 2018, the car was stolen/recovered. This is recorded on cartel as “insurer alert”. Cartel confirmed that all insurance related issues pre 2020 are recorded as “insurer alert”. If you phone cartel they will confirm it was stolen recovered but cannot confirm if it was damaged or not. When I purchased, I had the car checked over and no previous damage or repair was visible. Previous owner confirmed same. I’m happy for any potential owner/mechanic to look over. The motorcheck report does not have any details of the stolen/recovered incident. Even though the incident is now +7 years ago and no damage done, it still impacts value. I have priced accordingly. The car is a solid car which has been 100% reliable for me, it’s a great opportunity for someone who doesn’t mind the history. Thanks for reading.
