The service desk is easy to find thanks to clear signage, and the staff are welcoming and approachable. Since my car is fairly new, I wasn’t surprised to get a call confirming there were no issues, and it was ready for collection at my convenience. The team took the time to answer a few questions I had, and when I inquired about a product for treating minor scratches, they personally guided me to their on-site store where I could easily place an order based on their recommendations. Overall, it was a pleasant and stress-free experience, and I’ll be happily returning next year!
