I dealt with Gary a few years back when the guys serviced my old Audi S5 and it was a pleasure to deal with Smith Auto Developments back then. Recently I had my eye on the market for a specific new car and when Gary got one into stock I jumped at it because I knew I would be well looked after. Gary and his team are a pleasure to deal with. Very receptive and accommodating. Dropped over to the garage, had a bit of a chat and took the car for a drive - got back and made the deal there an then - very happy with my trade-in price and delighted with the new purchase. I can't recommend Smith Autos enough. I went there with my car with an persisting issue that another garage was unable to diagnose. And after giving up hope Gary reassured that he would do everything to get my car to perform again and he didn't disappoint.
