Emailed them enquiring about springs, they sent me back all the details with all the springs they have and what is good and what is bad and by the next week it was in and done. They also remapped the car sourced the wheels and tyres sourced exhaust. Can’t thank all the lads enough at daltons especially Dominic. All the lads are top class can’t fault there work and will be back for more work. Highly recommend and will be a returning customer.

Recently purchased our new car here and had an excellent experience. Dave was a gentleman to deal with. Very honest and helpful and didn't put us under any pressure. Would definitely recommend to others and would have no problem dealing with Dalton Car Sales again in the future.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a 2-star review — something I really hoped to avoid. My first experience here was very positive: a few of the staff were great, and I was happy with the work done on my car at that time. Because of this, I genuinely wanted to continue working with them, as I have a plan to invest much more into my car. However, after spending over €8,000, I raised some concerns via email. The response I received from George was extremely disappointing; instead of addressing my issues, he placed all the blame on me. The level of customer service from him was absolutely zero. Not only was there a complete lack of accountability when I expected better treatment, but George effectively closed the door on me — metaphorically speaking. I have attached the email I originally sent, their reply, and my final follow-up — to which I never received any response. I was really hoping for an email back or a phone call, maybe not from George, but from Dave or Dominic. After such a large investment and with plans to do much more, I expected far better treatment and accountability. This ending could have been much different, happier. I am honestly sad that I have to do this! I must add that Dominic was always a star.
