Tomás was very patient with all my questions about the Kona, it was my first time considering the hyundai brand but was a previous electric car owner. I called in on a Friday and the following Monday to test drive the Kona electric again and was impressed the second time even more. His knowledge of the electric car was impressive, great hints and tips offered and deal done. Great handover on the collection day with app set up seamlessly. Initial meet on 7th March and collected car on 20th March which was a great turnaround. Thanks to all at Sheils Hyundai for your customer service. First impressions do count.

Gerry was fantastic he offered me a lift into town so I wouldn't be late back to work after lunch and even offered to leave my wedding dress into the upstairs office for safe keeping while my car was being serviced . I had the most amazing experience with Sheils Hyundai the past week . I first met Gerry when I went looking for a new car. He was so kind and friendly.
