My experience dealing with Divers Hyundai was extremely professional and customer focused. Indeed all the staff were very helpful. The show rooms are immaculate. This was my first time buying from Hyundai and as I was buying an electric car for the first time, I had a few questions. Gavin answered all my questions and put me at ease about my new EV. Gavin has kept in touch advising of offers from Hyundai to upgrade. We are now on our 3rd Ionic 5 and couldn't be happier. We purchased a 2026 Ioniq5 from Divers Hyundai after having looked at and test driven most of the other cars in its class (e.g. Volvo, Kia, Volkswagen and Toyot).. Unlike some of the other car dealers, everyone we interacted with, from reception to sales, was pleasant and knowledgeable. Once we had made the purchase decision our sales person, Ray, walked us through each step of the process so we'd know what to expect. When shipment of our car was delayed we were provided with a loaner car. Ray walked us through completing the final documents and provided a super orientation of our new car. Totally satisfied and would highly recommend.
