I had a very pleasant experience buying my new electric car. Right from the first test drive the sales person, David was friendly, accommodating and very helpful. By the time we came back from the test drive he had paperwork ready, had looked into the grant for disabled drivers and could show me exactly how much the car would cost me in the end. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. He even got the small modification I needed done, tax sorted - all I had to do was pick up the car. The only slight difficulty I experienced was in obtaining the invoice after I had paid and collected the car. I needed the invoice to finish the grant application (which David had offered to do himself too but I chose to apply directly). I had to call a few times, and couldn't just speak to someone in accounts to be emailed the invoice which was a bit frustrating. However, staff were always really friendly and I got there in the end.

Great experience with our recent service at Connollys, from booking our car in we got texts to remind us of our date of service. The day of service staff very pleasant and helpful. Thanks to the mechanic who looked after the service. A special mention to Grace a very pleased lady to deal with. We are very happy to be dealing with Connollys.

Excellent customer care from David Leonard he was so easy and pleasant to deal with and made our decision to buy from them very easy, he answered all our questions and made us feel very at ease with the whole process and delivered our fab new car as promised with all extras which was a surprise but just made the experience even better.
