I spotted a car on their website and asked if I could come view it a few days later on a Saturday. He was honest with me and said it might be gone by then, and suggested I put down a deposit to hold it. Glad I did, because when I arrived the car was exactly as described and in great condition. The process after that involved a bit of back and forth on my end. I kept changing the days I could come to collect, and Noel never once made me feel like I was being a nuisance. Patient throughout. I even asked him to come in early on the collection day, which wasn’t exactly a reasonable ask, and he made it happen without any fuss.
