Hyundai i20 1.2 Launch Edition

Great service from Gerry at Shields Hyundai. He gave me a reasonable trade in on my own car and so far so good with my New Ionic 5. He was always on the end of the phone while I was deciding and answered any queries I had.

Tomás was very patient with all my questions about the Kona, it was my first time considering the hyundai brand but was a previous electric car owner. I called in on a Friday and the following Monday to test drive the Kona electric again and was impressed the second time even more. His knowledge of the electric car was impressive, great hints and tips offered and deal done. Great handover on the collection day with app set up seamlessly. Initial meet on 7th March and collected car on 20th March which was a great turnaround. Thanks to all at Sheils Hyundai for your customer service. First impressions do count.

My sales manager Gerry O Brien was fantastic. He had everything ready to go when we arrived and himself and the outstanding service manager Triona Barber walked us through the features of the car and made sure we were comfortable with the features and settings before we set off. Also Gerry set me up on BlueLink which is just amazing. 5 minutes ago I got an alarm on my phone that the doors were unlocked and I was able to lock the doors from upstairs on the couch with the push of a button. This was an unexpected and really useful benefit. I absolutely love my new car and I would highly recommend Sheils of Ennis. #fantastic team
