Just wish to put on record my very positive experience following recent service of my car. Handed vehicle in at 9.50am for 10am. appointment. Received call at 12 noon confirming vehicle ready for collection at 12.30pm. Met by extremely friendly/efficient ladies.. Caroline? and Kate at Service Reception when handing in /collecting vehicle. Many thanks to the mechanic also!

James was lovely, very helpful and patient and in the end, the reason why I purchased the car. I was trying to decide between two cars, the 2nd car being from a different dealer. The purchase process was smooth, Jane made everything very easy and I am delighted with my car :)
