The agent spent over an hour with me going through every aspect of the car’s functionality, which in an Ioniq 9 is substantial, carrying out the walkthrough in a very respectful, collaborative manner with plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Excellent care, brilliant communication, great guidance. The process of getting my new car was dealt with by Trevor who took exceptional care of us, was enthusiastic and was unbelievably generous with his time. All the staff I dealt with were extremely helpful. Delighted with my new car and everything we requested was provided. Overall they were fantastic.
