After an emergency episode with our Ford while touring Ireland, I cannot recommend the service team at Ford Shiels Ennis highly enough. After a phone call with Eddie Rynne and with very little notice, Michael and Ian shoe-horned us in for an emergency service and advised on our options and next steps. As well as their extraordinary kindness, patience and generosity to us while stranded, a big shoutout to the talent and perseverance of an outstanding service team who managed to get us back on the road by the next afternoon. Excellent dealer I wanted a specific car/color and they were very accommodating and brought one they had up from the limrick branch. Aftercare is excellent as well the staff are great.

Had our ford focus serviced here and very happy with the service and price. Don't be put off by having a main dealer service your car, I have always found Ford garages to be honest and well priced. The staff are lovely to deal with also. Will definitely be using this garage again for future servicing and maintenance.
