Absolutely amazed by how BMW Assistance and Conlans handled the recall on my car and all the support provided — from collecting the car to sending me video updates and a full assessment of the vehicle’s overall condition. On top of that, the car was returned washed and spotless. Not to mention the bag of branded gifts. Absolutely outstanding service and brand experience. I’m truly delighted.
