Not long ago, I bought my first car from them, and it took me a while to actually realize my achievement. The whole experience with Mooneys Hyundai Longmile Road was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. I was very impressed with the service I received from EP Mooney Longmile Rd. It was my first time having my electric car serviced & thought it would just be connected to a computer that would do all the work. Instead I got a video showing and explaining everything that was checked on my car, showing wear & tear & explaining options if I wanted to have any further work done. I also got this information by text with a costing for any recommendations to be carried out. I was impressed with all the staff who were very friendly. I was asked before the service if I had any concerns with the car -one thing I did say was my back tyre loses pressure. They showed me on the video the slow puncture. I was advised how much changing the tyre would cost. I was pleasantly surprised with the cost of this so asked for the tyre to be changed. There were no hidden costs when collecting my car because nothing extra was done without me agreeing to it first and knowing the price. I'll definitely be back when my car is due its next service
