We had a great experience at Windsor MotorMall from start to finish. The lady at reception was very friendly, checked us in, and offered us coffee while we waited. Laurynas then helped us search for the right car, patiently walking around with us and grabbing keys for every model we wanted to see. Thanks to him, we quickly found a car my wife and I loved. Robbie from the financial team also did an amazing job, finding us a great deal that was approved very fast. We visited on Monday and were already picking up our new car on Thursday. During the handover, Craig was very helpful. I spotted a small scratch on the door, and he immediately arranged for the engineer to order paint and invited me back for a free retouch.
