Hyundai ix35 2014

My experience dealing with Divers Hyundai was extremely professional and customer focused. Indeed all the staff were very helpful. The show rooms are immaculate. This was my first time buying from Hyundai and as I was buying an electric car for the first time, I had a few questions. Gavin answered all my questions and put me at ease about my new EV. The process from start to finish was very easy and all the handover details were handled competently. I would have no hesitation in recommending Divers Hyundai. I am very pleased with my Hyundai Kona Platinum purchase

I honestly can't speak highly enough of Diver's Hyundai in Letterkenny. From the day I bought my Hyundai Tucson last August, I've received nothing but excellent customer service. Gavin Flanagan was a pleasure to deal with throughout the purchase. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Every member of the team I've dealt with, both over the phone and in person, has been welcoming, courteous, and genuinely helpful. It's clear that customer care is a real priority for everyone there. I would especially like to thank Ciarán Shields in the workshop. Over the past three months, he has gone above and beyond in helping me with a number of issues relating to my car. He has always been patient, kind, understanding, and incredibly efficient. No matter how busy he was, he took the time to answer my questions promptly, explain everything clearly, and offer sound advice. His professionalism and support made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier, and I really appreciated the reassurance he gave me throughout. It's not often that you come across customer service of this standard. Thank you to Gavin, Ciarán, and the entire team at Diver's Hyundai for your kindness, professionalism, and commitment to looking after your customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a car or having their vehicle serviced.

I first bought a car from T Diver Hyundai Letterkenny in January 2022, Gavin Flannagan looked after us and provided all the information we needed to get us going in our first electric car. Gavin has kept in touch advising of offers from Hyundai to upgrade. We are now on our 3rd Ionic 5 and couldn't be happier. I get my cars serviced at Divers and they carry out their business in an extremely efficient and professional manner.
