I dealt with Jess in BYD and had a very positive experience. My wife and I bought a Seal U on PCP and the process took us a couple of months to decide on our preferred make and model. Jess and Matt at BYD were very informative and had all the answers we needed. Not pushy, had relevant competitor information and very easy to deal with. The finance staff and process were quite straightforward. In the end we were happy to go with the BYD as our choice versus competitors but Jess and BYD West Dublin made the process easy.
