Hyundai Santa Fe 2.2 Crdi 2WD Comfort

As smooth and straightforward a car purchase as one could hope for. Dealt with Mark who is clearly a car enthusiast and knows his stuff. Gave a great deal on a trade in on a car most others wouldn't touch due to it being a big engined petrol 'hot hatch'. Delighted with my new car and would recommend highly.

In my opinion, this is a car sales garage to avoid. I got a car from new at this garage 5 years ago. I had trouble, from the start, with car. Car was taken back to the garage numerous times but always given the run around. Thankfully, as karma would have it, due to this garage not selling a particular brand anymore, I had to go Bolands in Carlow that sell my brand of car and hey presto, after a few weeks with Bolands they have a particular ongoing problem fixed thanks to great after sales service and extremely helpful staff. Conlans, avoid, avoid, avoid.

(EDIT) Unfortunately my experience from when I got my car from this garage was poor I delt with a man called John throughout the whole experience , I drove about 1.2 hours to look in this garage at cars , I actually found one that I liked I test drove it and put down a deposit etc that was great, There was a few bits to be done to the car before I could take it home I was told that when I came back to pick up the car when it was ready that it would be 1. Fully valeted 2. The dint in the door would be fixed , So a week later I drove back out to the car garage I paid the final amount and brought home my new car , I was handed 1 key ( all my previous cars I have always got 2 keys ) so I asked for another key and he said he didn’t have one but he could sort one for me , told me to go to a place called “ Autokey “ that he would order a second key and make a payment to them and I could pick it up , I drove out 40 minutes to the key shop to be told that no one ordered or paid for any key and that there was no order put through by them, I then asked could they contact the garage and ask as I drove all the way out here , the man that answered the call was not the man I had being dealing with he said he is away on holidays and he doesn’t know anything about it , in the end he finalised the payment and I got the key , Not only that I knew it had not been valeted as soon as I sat in the car there was black marks all on the inside roof , dirt on the floor , no shine to the interior, I wouldn’t say it was touched since I test drove it the week before, Then I noticed the dint in the door that I was told would be fixed to the best it could be hadn’t been touched since I seen it last , To me it was all “ talk talk talk “ & false promises. ⭐️
