Delighted with the way my purchase at Limerick Motor Centre went…from getting a quote to follow up, processing the paperwork, keeping me informed on when the car would arrive etc along with detailed run down on the car when I was picking it up ( my first electric car so lots of difference to the diesel Santa Fe’s I have had). I can’t speak highly enough of Gerry O’Brien. Great to deal with and loads of product knowledge. We had an extremely positive experience with the staff at Limerick Motor Centre when purchasing our first Electric Car in February 2023. After alot of research, visits to showrooms and test drives of various EVs we immediately fell in love with the Hyundai Ionic 5 but also with the customer service we received especially from Aigars. Aigars was naturally very easy to deal with and was so helpful with all of our queries. We took the car for a test drive with our two children. We were given plenty of time with the car and never felt any pressure to decide there and then. Aigars explained the finance options clearly and supported us with the very quick process. The day we got the car Aigars spent so much time going through the many features with us. I won't ever forget how patient and kind he was. From start to finish Aigars shared in our excitement and we're looking forward to dealing with him again in the future.
