He’s always fair, straight-talking, and genuinely looks after his customers. Just picked up my new Hyundai Ioniq 6 and once again the service was top class. Excellent service. I went in to just have my fuel pump changed due to the recall and mentioned i was about 10 to 20 km from requiring a service and needed to book in. The girl said she would try to get me booked in that day so I wouldn't have to return. This was incredibly unexpected and I was delighted to get it all done in one go.
