Huge thanks to the team at Divers Hyundai for looking after me so well. From start to finish, the service was absolutely fantastic. Everything was clearly explained to me, I was kept updated throughout, and the whole experience was completely stress-free. I was especially grateful that they were able to provide me with a car when all the courtesy cars were already out, that really went above and beyond and made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. A special mention to Shane as well for being so honest, professional, and reassuring throughout the whole process. You can really tell this is a garage that genuinely cares about its customers. We dealt with Aleigha, she’s always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were unsure of what we wanted and she provided all the details of our options and was able to answer all our questions. When collecting our new car she took the time to go through everything and made sure we were happy before we left. The after service is great too, she’s always at the end of the phone to answer any questions.
