Hyundai Tucson HEV EXECUTIVE PLUS 5DR

I brought my car to Bright Hyundai Airside for a recall repair. I had initially contacted my local Hyundai dealership but never heard back from them and had a friend recommend Hyundai Bright so i registered with them instead and was very happy that I did. They contacted me very promptly to complete the repair on a date that was convenient to me. Excellent customer service all the way through from my initial registration for the recall repair to being handed back my keys. The lady at reception even walked me out to my car after the work was completed to be sure I located it ok. I thought this was a very nice touch. I felt the staff at Bright Hyundai Airside went above and beyond and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future.

Just collected my car from Conor . From the start to finish Conor was great - helped Me with all My questions and picking a car - spent time going through all the car - super customer service and well recommended Conor if you want a new or old car ! I did have a small issue after but rang and it was sorted very quickly thanks To Molly in the service department also she is very helpfully - well recommended !

Damian kept in regular contact keeping me up to date of delivery schedules. When it came time to collect my new car it was impeccably presented and I was taken through all of the car's suite of features. The whole process was friendly, smooth, transparent, and genuinely impressive.
