We have recently took delivery of our Range Rover. From the very beginning Mate was exceptional to deal with. Nothing was ever an issue, and he made sure we stayed up to date during the entire process. We are based a few hours from Dublin and himself & Stephen made sure everything was ready for us on the day of collection. A very happy customer! Thank you

Was in for a valuation last Wednesday Couldn't get it by the time I left. Sales man Michael l Assured me I'd get it by 10am the following day it's now Monday and still no call. And I was looking to buy a €73000 x5. Shocking service. Declan B.

What terrible customer service! I contacted Spirit to book my Jaguar in for a service, I had never used them before as this is my first Jaguar. My first concern was getting through the to the service department. Either I was put through and the phone rang out or I was offered a callback that never occurred. Finally in early September I got an appointment for mid December. The day before my appointment I get a text, obviously a phone call would be too much, cancelling and telling me to rebook in the New Year. I called them today, again I was given the option of a call back, amazingly I actually received a call back this time. This however was where the good news stopped. I was told it would be March before I could get an appointment. Upon informing the agent of my previous appointment she put me on hold for five minutes to see what she could do and then hung up.
