People tell you to shop local. I did this but unfortunately I had recurrent problems with my car about 14 days after purchasing it. It took a while to get a refund. I decided to buy a 7 seater Landrover here when the refund came through. I explained that I lived a considerable distance away. The customer service had been exceptional. The car is picked up at a workplace & always returned to my workplace or home. This is unbelievable customer experience for a working mum of 4 young children. The windscreen chip that I noticed driving home on the day of purchase was fixed by the garage. The €5,000 part was also covered by the garage themselves when they had difficulty with my warranty company. This is unusual nowadays. Having such a professional follow up purchase experience! After my car was rescued by Land Rover Assist due to a part failure over the weekend, the team was incredibly efficient and professional in getting everything sorted without delay. Nothing was too much trouble—from the clear communication to the way they took ownership of the situation, including arranging for the part to be covered as a goodwill gesture. I genuinely felt well looked after throughout the process, and I’m very grateful for the care and attention to detail shown.
