Mark has just delivered our Volvo XC90 to Dublin, and we couldn’t be happier. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with—extremely responsive and professional throughout. Although we weren’t able to view the car in person, Mark provided a comprehensive video and, during negotiations, agreed to carry out a paint touch-up, alloy wheel repair, and arrange a new NCT.
