I went to the dealership intending to buy a car and was welcomed quickly and professionally and was given the keys to the car within 5 minutes and I was alone to myself to make my decisions about the car with no worry of being rushed as they gave me as much time as I needed. I came to the conclusion that I didn't want to go through with buying the car in the end and they thanked me for having a look and waved me off saying to come back if I saw anything else I was interested in. And a day or so later I found myself back at the dealer with a car I fell in love with and I am now the happy owner of a lovely Volkswagen Golf. Long story short is I went back to this dealership because they're so laid back and are really helpful with the whole process of finding the car I was looking for and the transaction side too. They walked me through everything and I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. The cars they have to offer make the sales but their customer service will keep the business coming in!
