My partner bought a 2008 Mazda Demio from Emerald Auto Sales the weekend gone and I have to say she (and I) couldn't be happier with it. The car is immaculate and the service was incredible. We travelled down from Kerry by train and Ray, rather than leave us to walk from the train station (about 30 mins or so), came and picked us up! That was a touch of exellent customer service! Ray wasn't pushy for the sale, gave us all the time we needed with the car before my partner made the decision to buy. It was the perfect experience imo. The paperwork part was a dream. While my partner was dealing with the sale he even gave me the key to one of the other cars he has, even knowing I had no intention of buying it. I just liked the car and wanted to have a nose around it. By the time I finished she was just signing the receipt. After the sale had completed we must have been another 10 or 15 minutes just chatting away with Ray about cars and Brazil (my partner is Brazilian) when he could have just done the whole "I've stuff to do, gotta go.." once the sale went through. If you're looking for quality used cars then I would highly recommend Emerald Auto Sales. I'll be back next year for an upgrade on my own car.

Ray is an absolutely smashing guy, collected me from Portarlington railway station, sold me a 2019 renault kangoo at an absolute stele of a price, traveled all the way from Waterford by train as i couldn't belive the price. Im a firm believer if something is too good to be true it must be, but for the first time in my life i have been proven wrong .. Ray explained those negative reviews were left by his crazy ex and her even crazyier mother, disgusting, neither of them ever worked in there life's and leaving negative reviews on a hard working man's business profile

Bought a beautiful Nissan Navara off Ray here in Emerald Auto Sales, he's looked after me well, I told him I was looking for a cheap farm bus for drawing a trailer and within a week he had this beautiful navara sitting here waiting for me, with a fresh CVRT for 1 year, fully serviced, professionally valeted and it also came with a free warranty.. if i could give him 10 stars I would, excellent service by a true gentleman.
