In the last year I’ve had an annual service and two fairly large jobs done- I felt I understood what and why the work was needed and the costs were clearly explained to me. The team showed displayed an awareness that, as a person only on state pension now, the costs were significant for me but I was given sufficient information to understand the work was needed
