Always have a great experience at Audi Wexford. The atmosphere is calm and professional and the staff are excellent, friendly and very helpful. I was delighted to get a lovely "Welcome Back!" from Lisa this week, having gone to another Audi Centre for a couple of years. Even though I have to travel twice the distance to get to Wexford, I decided to return for my car service this year as the service and experience is far superior in Wexford. No issues with the service customer experience. I needed to reschedule my original date which I could do within a reasonable time. There was a driver available to bring me back to Wexford town with no waiting. The service desk contacted me about extra essential rear brake work before proceeding and the follow on report and video were comprehensive
