I purchased a brand new car few years back and recently purchased another, almost new car for my family. I have to say purchasing process in both times was like to have a cup of tea with a friend. Sales gent David is terrific at what he does - friendly, atentativ to details and super focused on customer satisfaction. 5*star service!

Unfortunately, my recent experiences with Nissan Navan have been disappointing. Communication is lackluster—I've tried multiple times to get a response to a query, but to no avail. Waiting times for maintenance and repairs are also excessively long, causing significant inconvenience. This contrasts starkly with the quicker, more efficient service other local garages offer. Sadly, I cannot recommend this dealership due to these issues. It seems other local options are better at prioritizing customer service and efficiency. Here's hoping Nissan Navan takes note and improves.
