Kia Ceed MY23 1.0HP GTL 5DR

Fantastic experience buying my Kia EV3! Mark in sales was friendly, professional, and made everything easy. Jonathan in finance explained everything clearly and made the process smooth. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I recently bought my second car from Hinchys. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jonathan in finance and Eamon in sales. I can honestly say if it wasn't for Eamon I may not have purchased the car as it was beyond my budget but Eamon made it work for me and I'm delighted he did. The biggest compliment I can pay Hinchys is that they take the hassle out of owning a car. If after sales service and feeling valued as a customer are important to you then no one does this better in my opinion. In sales your reputation is everything and it's not hard to see why this dealership gets so much repeat business. If there's a blueprint of how you should look after customers then Hinchys were paying attention. If you're thinking of buying a car, this dealership should be right at the top of your list. Thanks to everybody at Hinchys and best of luck in the future ..

Bought a Kia EV6 from here and the customer service was brilliant. Dealt with Eamonn and from minute one he was very professional whilst also being very patient as we went through the whole process. When I went to collect the car he took his time explaining how an automatic/electric car works and at no point did I feel that he was just eager to get my money and send me on my way. I travelled from Cork to get the car but it was worth it. Would highly recommend Hinchy's, I totally get why they are rated so highly. And the car itself was absolutely spotless. Very happy with the whole experience - 5 stars
