Always have a great experience at Audi Wexford. The atmosphere is calm and professional and the staff are excellent, friendly and very helpful. I was delighted to get a lovely "Welcome Back!" from Lisa this week, having gone to another Audi Centre for a couple of years. Even though I have to travel twice the distance to get to Wexford, I decided to return for my car service this year as the service and experience is far superior in Wexford. I entered the building and was greeted by a young lady (lorna) who was very welcoming and had a lovely warm demeanour about her... she was very patient and seemed to have an abundance of knowledge and in formation to share with me about the cars I looked at. At no point did I feel rushed or hurried from her and nothing seemed too much hassle. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and it was because of the sales rep I dealt with. A 10/10 experience for me.

No issues with the service customer experience. I needed to reschedule my original date which I could do within a reasonable time. There was a driver available to bring me back to Wexford town with no waiting. The service desk contacted me about extra essential rear brake work before proceeding and the follow on report and video were comprehensive
