So lucky to have found this Kia garage. Bought a car off Cathal a year ago. Such an easy experience. He was lovely to deal with.Also the two gentleman on service desk are always a pleasure to deal with anytime car is in for a service. Their customer service skills are always A +. Had to pop in today for a small issue and got the usual first class service.

My husband and I bought a car this week and the experience was absolutely FANTASTIC from the start until the end. Not a great experience with the service department. On 3 occasions I had to bring my car to the service department as the engine light came up on dashboard. The first time they informed me it was a problem with the wiring and fixed it, so I thought. The following day when I drove the car the engine light came back on so I contacted them again. They arranged for me to drop in that day so they could take another look, as I needed the car we had pre arranged that it would need a full diagnostic so I asked prior to making the appointment if I drop the car off early would it be ready by 12 as I needed the car …I was informed there would be no problem. I reiterated this this morning before the appointment and dropped my car at 8.30am. I rang them about 11.40 to see if the car was nearly ready and they hadn’t even looked at it even though it was discussed twice that I needed it back by 12. I decided to collect the car at 12.40 as I couldn’t wait any longer we had exchanged words about the customer service and they tried to tell me they needed it for the day and I was informed of this. I was not as when I went in this morning I reminded them I needed it at 12 and they never once said they needed it for the day. They made the accusation that I was a liar which I became very upset about and told them no it was they who lied and as a customer that was no way to speak to me. I came away very upset and will not be returning. We gave them our business previously but never again. My husband was not impressed when I told him and he has now contacted Kia Ireland as a customer should never be treated in this way.
